10 Minute Postnatal Yoga with Your Infant
Join us for some simple exercises that you can do with your infant in your lap or arms. This is perfect for younger infants or those who are a little fussier and prefer contact.
*Before starting any exercise program, it is recommended that you are at least 3 months postpartum and/or have clearance from your doctor or midwife.
