15 Minute Postnatal Yoga for the Core | Hatha Yoga

Ready to get back into some exercise? Join me on the mat for a gentler, yoga-based 15-minute core workout.

* It is recommended that you are at least 3 months postpartum and have clearance from your doctor or midwife before taking part in any postnatal exercise.

* If you have severe separation of the abdominals (diastasis recti) you need to ensure they are fully healed before doing ab exercises. Other exercises that focus on other areas of the body may still be safe.
