Are you ready for a challenge? Designed to push you, join us in the studio for a fitness series, rooted in yoga, for athletes and those who thrive on a challenge. This 4-week series aims to challenge your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Join the whole series for a full-body workout, or pick the classes that fit your current fitness goals.
*While students are encouraged to go at their own pace, make adjustments, and take breaks, students should be capable of participating in a more vigorous fitness class. Previous experience with yoga is not necessary.
